How to use POLi™

POLi™ is our online payment option available through the Caregiver Portal, it facilitates a Pay Anyone internet banking payment from your bank account

to ours. POLi™ is a great alternative for people without credit cards, or for those who have them - but would prefer not to use them to shop online. Those making payment don't have to register and it doesn't cost to use! The amount, reference information and banking details are pre-populated ensuring there are no reconciliation errors. POLi™ places a lot of importance on the security of its software and has been reviewed by Secure Assessments to ensure that they meet all modern security standards.
