For NAG2A reporting on students' OTJs in years 0-8 enrolled at 1 November, see summary tables and links in our  NAG2A knowledge base article.

For years 0-8 students, for 2015 the MoE only requires for the following Ethnicities to be reported:

NZ European/Other European, Māori, Pasifika, and Asian.

The only file required for uploading to the MoE is the .csv file generated on the NAG2A page in EDGE.

The .pdf is for your information only, and the former Excel format re ethnicities is no longer valid for the MoE, but will still provide you with correct information.
