From People > Students > Bus Lists page, new groups can be set up and/or edited.
Where can I create or make changes to a bus list?
From the Select/Edit Bus List you can view lists that have been created or click on the 'Create New Bus List' link to create a new Bus list. A staff member will need to be added to each Bus list too.
Once the details for the group (including start date) are entered, a link displays 'Add Student' for adding student(s) to the selected Bus List. Click the link 'Add to Selection' to add student names, which displays the Attach Students to ...ie Red Bus list" page. Use the filters to select from ie: Student, Year Level, Class, Group and Course to confirm, clear etc for required students and click 'Save Students' tab.
From the Select Students menu you can view students who are in that list or were end-dated or due to start in a particular Bus List.
Once the list has been created a PDF can be generated for all bus lists created to show students linked to that specific bus.
