Edge

Edge now has the ability to add vaccinations and test results for staff and students see the Video here

For staff records, this view is locked off to a new responsibility called “Medical Officer”. You will need to log out and log in once this access is assigned, see screen shots below. For students “Enrolment Officer” can view/edit these records.

To access records for staff, go to Staff – Manage Staff Vaccinations

For students go to People>Student Details>search for the student and go to their Medical tab and scroll down.




As vaccines are approved by the Ministry of Health, they will be added to the drop down. A report will be added for export in the coming weeks.
