Students

  1. From the 'Students' tab select the required student from the drop down box. Analysis of all results can be viewed up to, and including their leaving date in your school

Comparative Analysis

  1. This is currently available for the following assessments:

    • PAT suite

    • STAR (2012)

  2. The comparison of results data can be made across two years, or for the same year.

    Note:  Year 1 defaults to the current Analysis year. Where you wish to begin comparison with a year other than the current year, select the 'Previous Year' to change this.

    Year 2 will then default to the previous year selected, but can be changed as required.

  3. You can then select which test results to compare for the two years selected. For example: Results 1 in 2013 with Results 1 in 2014.

  4. The results for a specific student are determined by the number of tests (s)he has completed for the year (s) selected. For example:

    • If 6 students are in the group selected for comparison, of which students 1-4 did their first STAR test in March, and students 5 and 6 did not do their first STAR test until June;

    • A selection is made of 'Results 1' for comparison for both years;

    • The 'Results 1' retrieved for the 6 students will include the 4 tests completed in March and the 2 completed in June.
