Assessments - English

There is a wide range of English assessments that can be set up within edge to allow you to enter assessment results and look at the data using the Analysis functionality.

The school's Assessment Co-ordinator needs to set up which Assessments your school wants to use and for which year levels. This is done using the Configure Assessments page.

Assessments available in edge for the 'English' curriculum include:

1. ​Reading:

   • BURT

   • e-asTTle Reading

   • Marie Clay

   • PAT (Reading Comp)

   • PAT Reading Vocab)

   • Probe 2

   • Running Records

   • STAR and STAR 2012

2. Writing:

   • e-asTTle Writing

   • Writing Assessments  (MoE's NZ Curriculum Literacy Learning Progressions levels)

3. Spelling:

   • Schonell Spelling

   • SSpA

4. Listening

   • PAT (Listening Comp.)
