Timetable

This menu gives you the tools required to setup your timetable as well as checking prerequisites, viewing and printing timetables and Course creation. Training is recommended as timetabling is an exacting process.

The Timetable Menu is split into 2 areas: Configuration(set up) and Information.

Configuration allows you to do the following:

• View Timetable prerequisites

• How to create Courses

• How to Configure Student Options

• How to create and Edit Timetables

• How to assign Subject Leaders

Information gives you the following:

• How to view Timetables

• How to  print Timetables

• How to check availability of Teachers and Rooms

• How to View a Student Options Summary

• How to print Course Lists
