Added Detail popups to the Student Enrolment Summary tab.

Open Attendance YTD in a new tab ) by clicking on the percentages
Display Pastoral notes in a pop up window (for anything with a number greater than zero)
Enabled editing of Student Notes in a pop up (for anything with a number greater than zero)
Open Student Learning Support Notes in a pop up (by clicking on the Learning Support icon)
