Attendance Lists

Attendance summarising reports and statistics are available from the Attendance > Attendance Records > Attendance Lists menu, encompassing a range of different aspects on your attendance data.

Reports available in this area are available from tabs including:

• Daily/Weekly/Year to date, including emergency absences report identifying students not marked present, and period by period attendance summary reporting
• Truancy report
• Consecutive unexplained absences list
• MoE data extracts and attendance survey; and
• settings for automatic reporting of Weekly Room Attendance Report to be emailed
